Terms of service
The conditions for using Nexa Flow and connecting your business applications.
1. Agreement and operator
These terms apply to Nexa Flow, a workflow automation service operated by Afraz Khan. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. The service
Nexa Flow connects business tools, including supported Google Workspace services, to execute workflows you configure or authorize. Features depend on your plan, setup, third-party APIs, account permissions, and any required administrator approval. We may update the service as these dependencies change.
3. Accounts, permissions, and workflow actions
You are responsible for protecting account access, maintaining accurate information, and connecting only accounts and data you are authorized to use. Review workflow actions, destinations, and permissions before activation. A workflow may send communications or create, modify, or delete records automatically, including on a schedule. You authorize those configured actions and are responsible for testing them and keeping appropriate backups.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Nexa Flow for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass security or provider limits. Obtain necessary permissions before processing other people’s personal information. Do not expose credentials or interfere with the service or other users.
5. Google and other third-party services
Your use of Google Workspace and other connected providers remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. Nexa Flow is independent of Google and is not endorsed by Google. Third-party outages, API changes, quota limits, or revoked permissions may interrupt workflows. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections.
6. Your content and our service
You retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process, and transfer that content to provide your authorized workflows, consistent with our privacy policy. You do not grant permission for unrelated advertising or generalized AI model training. Service software, branding, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Fees and cancellation
Any fees, billing schedule, subscription term, and applicable refund arrangements are disclosed in your order or separate service agreement before purchase. These terms do not create a fee by themselves. Contact us to cancel a paid service according to its agreed terms; disconnecting a Google account does not by itself cancel a subscription.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment under an agreed plan, or violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. After termination, data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
9. Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care in providing the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every workflow output will be correct. Review important outputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date here. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel where available. Contact us first about disputes so we can try to resolve them. Applicable mandatory legal rights continue to apply, and any separate signed service agreement controls where it expressly overrides these terms.
