Nexa Flow is a workflow automation service operated by Afraz Khan. It connects Google Workspace apps with your business tools to reduce repetitive work, coordinate communications, and keep information up to date.
Google Workspace integrations
Nexa Flow supports workflows across Google Workspace. Available actions depend on the integration, Google API availability, your account, and the permissions you grant. Connecting one service does not automatically grant access to every Workspace app.

Find and organize files, read document content, and create or update documents and presentations for your business processes.
Google Sheets & Forms
Read and update spreadsheet records, manage forms, and process form responses to keep your connected operations in sync.
Google Calendar, Meet & Tasks
Coordinate events and attendees, manage task lists, and work with meeting information and artifacts when the relevant API and permission are available.
Google Contacts & Chat
Use contact information and supported Chat spaces and messages for the communication workflows you configure.
Other Google Workspace services
Connect other supported Workspace APIs where available. Organization-level services require the appropriate account privileges and administrator approval.
How it works
Choose a business process, configure its triggers and actions, and connect the Google services it needs using Google’s authorization screen. Nexa Flow uses that connection to execute your configured workflow, including scheduled actions where enabled. For example, a workflow can take a form response, update a spreadsheet, and create a calendar event.
Review the permissions before approving access. Some integrations require Workspace administrator approval. You can revoke Nexa Flow’s access at any time in your Google Account connections.
Your data and your control
Google data is used to provide the workflows you authorize. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Workflow data may be processed and stored to run your automations and troubleshoot execution issues. Third-party destinations receive data only as needed for your authorized workflow or as described in our policy.
